Please
find below some suggested uses for essential oils:
Bath:
6 – 8 drops may be added to your bath (after the water has been run)
Inhalation: 1 – 2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball for inhalation
Vapour for Stuffiness: 3 - 4 drops added to a bowl of hot water
inhaled as a Vapour
Massage Oil: 15 drops maximum added to 30 ml. of carrier oil such
as Sweet Almond or Grapeseed Oil
Candle type Diffuser: 1 – 6 drops to water
Light bulb diffuser ring: 1 - 2 drops (no more)
Cautions
Do not
apply Essential Oils, undiluted, directly to the skin or near the eyes.

if you are Epileptic or have High Blood Pressure
Stay out
of direct sunlight for 6 hours after applying citrus oils such as lemon,
grapefruit, lime, orange or bergamot.
