TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALE

  • Initial Minimum Order:  $500.00 (excluding GST, Shipping & Handling). Subsequent orders Minimum order: $200.00 (excluding GST, Shipping & Handling).

  • Method of Payment:  Orders must be prepaid by either of: Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.

  • Prices:  Prices are subject to change (please confirm pricing when ordering).

  • Retail Prices: By purchasing under the wholesale program, the Purchaser agrees to not to sell any Ballymoon products less than at the retail price listed herein in the purchaser’s ordinary course of business.

  • Freight: All shipments are FOB Okotoks, Alberta, Canada.  If we are shipping via Canada Post Expedited Service fully insured, the actual shipping charges will be billed to you after the order has left the Postal station.  So therefore, we will charge your card with the additional fees incurred together with a handling fee of $10.00.  If we are shipping your order C.OD. or using your carrier account we will add our $10.00 handling fee to your initial invoice.

  • Back Orders:  We do not maintain a listing of back ordered items.  If you find an item has been back ordered, please reorder it with your next order.

  • Shortage Claims: If a shortage exists you must call Ballymoon within 24 hours (Toll free 1-888-995-1598) of receipt of goods.  We will then be able to determine if it is an error, a carrier shortage, or an error in receiving.

  • Returns: We guarantee the quality and condition of our products. For return of goods the following applies: Notice to Ballymoon must occur within 10 days of buyer receiving their order and the return must be authorized by Ballymoon.  The returned goods must be in the same condition as when it left the Ballymoon warehouse.

  • Damaged Shipments: We double-check all items before packing to insure they are not damaged. You must inspect all merchandise received by common carrier immediately & report any damage found to the carrier. All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the carrier.
